We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of receiving your order. This gives you ample time to ensure your racing gear meets your expectations.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- With all original tags attached
- In original packaging
- Free of any stains, odors, or damage
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items from our collections cannot be returned or exchanged:
- IMS Apparel – Special event merchandise
- Indy 500 – Limited edition commemorative items
- Collections – Seasonal and limited-run products
- Items marked as “final sale” or “clearance”
- Personalized or custom-made products

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
